CURRICULUM DRIVERS
To be inquisitive
The D.T curriculum will include opportunities to test skills and understanding by asking questions, setting tasks and building on previous knowledge.
To be challenged
Children will be taught a range of skills some of which will take time to master. They will have the opportunity to analyse their work.
To be resilient
Children will be taught that D.T involves trial and error. Staff will encourage children to take risks when designing work and to persevere if things do not go to plan.
